It's been raining pretty hard all day in Show Low. Looks like a blizzard on the Sunrise camera. They close after this weekend. Kinda lame if you ask me, crap load of snow up there and getting more, doesn't make sense. I bet there are a bunch of dbacks swimming in Rosey lol. The water is fantastic but is sure messes up spring fishing.

Never understood that as well leave the hens alone! Allot get waxed in the fall not rocket science.

Still snowing in Show Low right now. Sunrise is closed again today, two plow trucks stuck on 273 and 260 is closed half way there. Going to be some big antlers this year and a crap load of quail

They did it awhile back now but you used to be able to hunt south of Peralta trail all the way down to the canal. Was great quail hunting back in the day. Talked to a GF guy and he said they closed it cause some councilmen was complaining about dust. You can still hunt it but it takes a couple miles in before it gets good. With all the SXS's running around I'm sure it would have been closed anyway. Sometimes progress sucks...

PRDATR is correct closed two miles past the Sunrise turnoff. Was there yesterday, crap load of snow, the skiing was fantastic Going to be a pretty cold week, was going to go again Monday but the high in Show Low is 27, probably be 17ish at Sunrise, that would be like skiing in Chicago lol...
