Same boat as you. I've had a Eberlestalk Just One for about 15 years now. Good pack but it seems a bit big for my frame. I'd like to find one that feels like it actually fits me. I was looking at the Outdoorsmans you have. What don't you like about it?

Wow. Looks like a stud buck.

Really!? I can't wait to see the pics if he did. That dude's a hunting machine!

Does that Creed dude even hunt😜

The area I'm hunting is extremely dry but there is water available for the deer. Been hunting this area for the past 10-15 years and as far as I can remember I've never seen such a lack of greenery at this time of year. I've been wondering for a while now if the bucks are eating a different kind feed that is better for antler growth during a drier growing period when compared to a wet one? I know a lot of hunters think a drier year is better for antelope horn growth when compared to a wet one. Could this be possible for deer as well in some areas?

Nice job! That's some good looking country you were hunting. The video of the bucks fighting was pretty crazy reminded me of a jackrabbit fight. I've seen does fight like that but I can't recall ever seeing bucks kicking each other more than once or twice. Pretty cool congrats!

Hard to tell with just one pic but I'm guessing a solid 25-30 incher🤣. Great pic btw. -

I wish all bino FOV specs where in degrees.
-
You sure about that Casey?? The FOV on Duovids at 15x is listed at 60 deg and only 53 deg on 10x. If anything 10x should look more restricted. When comparing them other 15s according to the Swarovski website the 15x Swaros are only 62 deg. The Zeiss 15x are the widest 15s I found in my quick search and they were listed at 69 deg. If the listed online specs are correct the 60 deg of the Duos isn't bad at all.

He had something going on. There was a baseball sized growth of some sort. Maybe a cyst??? There were no open wounds that I could see.
