How tall is he? If he is going to be tall getting a senior or ladies set at this age will be better than a Jr set. Most all the Jr sets a for kids from 3 or 4 to around 10ish. If he is small both ping and taylormade have Jr trade in programs and you can get a set super cheap that way as well. I was in the golf business for a long time.

Does it have the 60lb limbs on it? A buddy is interested for his daugher but online there are 3 different limb weights that are available.
