Those stores don’t carry them, go to Outdoorsmans in Fountain Hills and pick one up.

On our 07 the AC controls were kinda touchy, make sure to run all the fan speeds.

I owned an 07 with the V8. It was my wife’s grocery getter and we loved it. She just wanted to go bigger so we moved to a Sequoia. I’ve also owned 2 Sequoia’s with the same motor As the 4runner V8. Biggest thing is to make sure the timing belt has been changed. They recommend changing it every 100k miles. They are super reliable. If it hasn’t been done it will cost you around $1,000 to have a shop do it or about $300 if you do it yourself. The downside to the V8 4runner is that it is all time AWD. I did not modify the suspension on my 07 but I have put lifts on a 97 4runner, a 2014 4runner, a 2007 sequoia and my most recent rig is an 02 4runner. They are all very similar and pretty easy to do if you stay under a 3” lift. Lots of info on the inter web. I trailer my 4runner just like it’s a side by side. I absolutely love it.

Anybody have a hard container/tote storage idea for 3 burner camp chef stoves? All I can find are the soft zip up bags and I want something more rigged and preferably hard sided. I'm about to build one from plywood but thought I would check the "outdoor brain trust" before I start the project... I looked at the military surplus pelicans but can't find one the right size. Thanks Andy

Honestly not worried about weight. I don’t have a soft case, just seen my uncle go through about 5 of them over the years and I’d like something that protects the stove and knobs better on nasty bumpy roads and is more stackable. That’s what prompted me to look for something more rigid. -

Best Ultralight Optics Under $600
twigsnapper replied to Coues Archer's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
I think your best option under $600 would be the 50mm razor that they made a few years ago. I think it was 15-30x though. You kind pickup used ones for under $500. They are not super impressive but they fit your criteria. The cabelas CX pro is a decent option as well but it’s 48oz -

I have had turf installed in two different homes, have dogs, would never do a regular lawn again. We had Turf Monsters install our newest lawn and they did a fine job. When prepped right with the proper gravel and sand base the dog smell isn’t an issue, although I only have 1 dog and he has a big area to pee. The heat of synthetic grass is a non issue. My dog goes and lays out on the synthetic grass in the heat of the day and soaks up the sun. If you happen to be around the northwest valley you’re welcome to stop by and see ours.

I’ve had an 05, an 07 and a 2015 sequoia. I like the older ones that were built up to 07 because they are a bit narrower than the newer ones. I never had a mechanical issue on any of them and probly put 200k miles between them all. My 07 had a 2” lift and 33” tires. Wish I wouldn’t have sold it... the newer ones have a much stronger motor (5.7l) vs the (4.8L) of the older ones. Bottom line, I’ve liked all the Sequoia’s we have owned.

Field & Stream Article on Arizona Trail cam ban
twigsnapper replied to SirRoyal's topic in The Campfire
Yep, report, report, report, and let’s make sure the game and fish is enforcing the laws they create. I suggest emailing every commissioner as well when you see a camera you suspect is being use to aid in the take of wildlife. Hold the G&F accountable for the circus they create with their new law!!!!- 74 replies

Field & Stream Article on Arizona Trail cam ban
twigsnapper replied to SirRoyal's topic in The Campfire
Hunters should report the concern to the Game and Fish and leave them alone. Just like we would with any other wildlife violation. Why are trail cameras any different?- 74 replies

How do you know the cameras are there to “aid in the take of wildlife”. Maybe they are simply a birdwatchers camera? Or a high school students science project? Or perhaps a rancher is doing research on wildlife usage? I wouldn’t recommend vandalizing something that doesn’t belong to you.- 74 replies

In good shape, only used a couple times. I have had it about 3 years. No rips or tears, zippers are all good. Fiberglass poles. Clearing out some garage space. $400 Andy 602-881-0610 https://www.cabelas.com/shop/en/cabelas-alaskan-guide-model-geodesic-8-person-tent?ds_e=GOOGLE&ds_c=Google+Smart+Shopping+-+Catch+All+-+PLA_Generic&gclid=Cj0KCQiAwMP9BRCzARIsAPWTJ_EroC_q155bcX1uyoU2RQyIJEj9kjM8P0JxzKgx6ty4E0KSwuNfAjAaAkiTEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

I worked at Ride Now about 18 years ago for about two months. They hired me because I knew utility quads (side by sides weren't that popular back then) and all their other sales people were mostly street bike and dirt bike guys. I didn't fit in very well but I actually sold quite a few quads. The culture was horrible and they were only focused on getting the sale RIGHT NOW. Me and a couple of the other sales guys were on a team and I basically got all the leads for utility quads and I would hand off the the motorcycle clients to the other guys. I am surprised they are still in business as well.

I am looking for a 20-24 ft enclosed trailer. There are a few on FB and CL but I thought I would check here first. Needs to have the 5,200lb axles and be the wide version, either 8 or 8.5 ft wide. Can be a bumper pull or goose neck. Shoot me text or PM if you have one you want to part with. Thanks Andy 602-881-0610
