We were fortunate to be given a new couch so we are passing that along to someone else. It is used and has some wear and tear but its got lots of suns games left before being put out to pasture. Likes, dogs, especially lazy goldendoodles and does well with kids too. It has some stains so don't get your hopes too high but if you need a couch and don't want to spend a bunch of cash, well, come and get it. I've been keeping my eye on Magpul possibly moving to WY. If you buy a license in October come Jan 1 you no longer have a license. Take the license draws out of the picture. If you are buying a fishing license later in the year you are only getting benefit out of the license for a few months but you pay the same price. They are trying to make it more user friendly for people and more cost effective. Some people may not even buy the license in Sep-Oct-Nov because they only get 3-4 months of benefit compared to 12 months with the new proposed system. The cost of some licenses might go up but the AZGFD is trying to make the system more user friendly and less confusing and now they don't have to go to the state legislature to make simple changes. Much better in my opinion.

I think it's great. It's not meant to be a true reality show. They crack me up with all their antics. In a world where we all take ourselves so serious its fun to watch a show that makes me laugh and reminds me how crazy my own family is. I also think they represent the hunting/fishing community better than most shows.

I have used my Go Pro quite a bit. It is hard to get good video of animalas past 50 yds. The only place to mount it in my opinion is your head. When you mount to your bow you will not be abe to keep the camera on the animal especially after the shot. The shoulder also doesn't work very well because the angle of the camera will change from when you are drawn back with your bow to when you are facing forward watching your elk run off, unless you have some unorthadox shoot form. I have used the head mount and it seems to catch the best perspective of the action. You may want to use mutiple setups depending on what kind of video you want to produce but when it comes down to getting the shot on video the best place is right above your eyes, in my opinion.

Hunt the 1st weekend then go home and relax until the second weekend hunt hard the rest of the hunt. Half the people and better elk action in the 2nd week.

I picked this tripod up in a package deal with some Binosand don't need it. I don't know the model tripod but i'm 6'2" and can easily use it standing up. The head is a 700RC2.
