I thought about shooting a doe but didn't want to kill one bigger than the buck I killed.

All this talk and still no pics of kids with deer?!?!

Well it took 4 years of applying and a $300 tag but I did it...I proved that jackalopes do exist. I am so proud of this WY trophy!

Last I heard they were going good. Canyon creek should be easy. Savor it!

Those look like 4b Bulls to me
-
4b has some nice bulls

So there was a TV show about your unit? You dont think that had more to do with it than you telling a few people online? How many of the neighboring units also went up in applications? The stats just don't support the hyperbole of secrecy. There are no secrets anymore. Nope. Oh well.

And then see what happens when people see pics of Parker Colburns 370" bull. And that's definitely not gonna help. Why would you tell everyone that? Very few people knew where that was killed. I did it just for you Blake.

What a warrior!

Happy birthday Hector!

Posting unit numbers changes draw odds. Look at what has happened in 4b over the last 3-4 years.

Wait, pictures of coues deer? On this site? Weird . . .

Now that's some funny shiz right there. I hear similar things.

American Falls?! My grandparents lived there and I spent part of every summer there growing up. Sizable elk populations are far away. Look at the mountains around Blackfoot or the Diamond Creek zone.

Was with my buddy Saturday and he tagged out on a nice 300ish 6 pt. We got into them real good in the morning but the rest of the day was super quiet. Basically 1 bugle after 8 am. I am not regretting waiting a year near as much as I was in May. I've had blood under my fingernails 4/5 weekends since August. We've been busy.

Well I am not going to argue with that. These bulls were North.
-
Huh?Azstroops asked 23 north or south. Not sure what more you want me to clarify but my guess is 23 south It was just weird that you said those scores sound like 23s. Did you have every bull in the unit pre-scored and inventoried? Just not sure what the basis for a guess would be that's all. Maybe you just think that the south has bigger Bulls or maybe smaller, maybe every bull from the north should be >400". It just sounded weird to me, that's all.

I could be wrong but I thought the Muley tag went for $300k+ and the last I saw of an elk tag went $215k.

I was in the A3 camp in 23 this weekend and 2/3 hunter's killed opening day. Both killed in the evening sitting water. Me bull was 372 the other 392. I know I am "that guy" but won't post pics of a bill that isn't mine. Bugling kept us up last night. When we woke up this AM hey we're still going. Although they are rutting pretty decent, the heat was the death of those bulls cause they are hitting water multiple times each day.

Is this a common problem for these motors? I had no idea these were non-interference motors. -
816 Lions? Good grief! I had heard that currently there are conservatively 3,000 in the state.

Good luck!
