You do not understand the draw. The first pass of the draw is executed by taking 20% of the tags for each hunt and distributing them to the applicants with the most bonus points. Once this pass is executed the remaining 80% of tags are distributed to applicants via the random number or "lottery" pass during which the first and second choice of each applicant is reviewed. This is referred to as the 1-2 pass. In this instance his 6 pts will put him in the bonus pass for the unit 23 hunt and not for the kaibab. Therefore he will be awarded a unit 23 tag before the 1-2 pass and will be unable to receive a kaibab tag. Clear as mud?

Check Eastman's MRS. It will answer all those questions.

Well been waiting on my little bro's hunting license # for a month so we can apply for a deer hunt. It's now the night before and I am just waiting for the website to crash. This is pretty high on the list of things that really tork me off.

Cool videos, but this stuff is snake oil. I have had bugling bulls almost run me over out in the open. It doesn't take voodoo to get close to animals. My favorite video is of the feeding muley does, if that video was in my parents neighborhood in MT, that dude could have walked up and kissed those deer, they don't care about people.

Our G&F dept. is its own worst enemy. I really try to stay supportive and positive, but for crying out loud they make it hard sometimes.
