Will it fit on a single shelf in a stand up freezer? I've got that much room. Located at Guadalupe and Lindsey.

Nobody is questioning that.

My biggest fear in life . . . Prayers for you my friend. Our faith on your behalf.

Obviously, I know this is illegal and it's not something I support or participate in (obviously since I previously stated I don't hunt with this guy). I have reported people for game violations in the past and participated in several azgfd investigations, none of which have ever resulted in a prosecution. It just requires far more evidence than is typically available in these situations. For instance in this case; there is almost no way to prove he has already harvested a deer this year w/o him admitting it. Then, there I almost no way to prove he is hunting deer again w/o him admitting it again. If caught in the field w/a bow or rifle he can say he is hunting lions, coyotes, jack rabbits, coatimundi, chupacabra, etc. I think the only way for this to be prevented is to require folks to turn in their OTC tag in order to pickup their draw tag. That would not be 100% effective and I am not sure I want to go down that road. But I do think this is pretty common, I am a by the books guy and won't share a fire with others who aren't, but I have known several guys over the years who do this with little threat to getting caught.

They do. And, you don't.

I really don't know why I am posting this, no one will listen or care. Just after the Wallow Fire the WM for Unit 1 (Packer I believe was his screen name) saw a thread like this and posted a response. The reason tag numbers increased dramatically after the fire was to reduce the size of the herds supported on a now drastically reduced habitat. This would allow the forests to recover, regeneration to begin and browse to develop on the scorched earth. After 2-3 years of increased tag numbers, a downward adjustment would be made and herds could stabilize to match the new habitat. This is similar to what was done in 3a/3c after it burned. It should be noted that once the forest began regrowth the # of huge bull sky rocketed, due in part to the quality of new feed and I am sure in part to increased visibility in much of the unit. So the fact that those units dont produce the number of 400" bulls every year anymore should not be a surprise. Our wildlife are not managed perfectly, but things are not always as they seem. Anyway, I am sure this will fall on deaf ears, but atleast I spke up. -

I am feeling your pain. I spent 3 hours stalking a Coues buck that was all alone yesterday. Glassed him up, put him to bed, and got sneaky, real sneaky. I was at 35 yds when 1 misstep brought the whole thing to a bitter, bitter end. -
450 yds from a fence post??? Wow, that's some mighty fine shooting there. Congratulations on a great deer.

Maybe you guys should contact the Sahara Club. I'm sure they'd be glad to help you out.

This has been in the works for a long time. The campground will be relocated. This state is a mining state, and that industry is a huge contributor to our economy. Evenif the mining company is foreign, it will employ hundreds of locals directly, and hundreds more will be required in downstream roles. This type of operation could be a huge boon to the town of Superior. Maybe it could be transformed from a town overrun with tweakers to a developing community with an economic engine.

Wish I was closer. I'd come give you a hand.

Yeah that 3 point is decent. Sounds awesome!

I'm with what these guys said. Be sure to take a nice careful look mañana before having your buddy move in. What part of the state are you in?

Christian - Somewhere I gave you some advice last year, I don't know if it was via PM or post in the draw odds thread. It's still valid if your expectations remain what they were a year ago. If there is more info you are looking for, let me know.

Your buddies buck must be a real stud. Congrats on a great hunt. That is an awesome buck. -
Best used bow marketplace on planet earth is archerytalk.com BTW, that bow you are looking for, is probably one of the sweetest ever made, imo. Good luck, if you end up with one be sure to post pics.

Ain't none left.Thers still one or two.... they ain't easy though, thats for sure. I was half joking when I said this. We had a pig boom down there a few years ago. Since they raised the bag limit numbers have really tailed off. I've seen one in my last 7 days in the field there. There are still parts that are just fine but our herds took a beating.

Here is the response I posted in your other thread: Your understanding of the draw is only partially correct. The 20% of tags allocated to the bonus pass are not divided 10% to "bonus pass holders" and 10% to NR. The full 20% of tags are awarded t I the individuals with the most BP and no more than 10% of tags may be awarded to NR. Meaning if a hunt had 100 permits, the first 20 are awarded to those with the most BP regardless of residency. If fewer than 10 were awarded to NR (let's say 7 in our example) in that round, then when tags were awarded via the 1-2 pass, up to 3 more NR could receive tags from that process if their random number was selected. The short answer is that yes, having a NR on your app will make it more difficult to draw a tag. However which hunt you are applying for will determine how much your odds are reduced. Game and fish does not offer a report with this information on their website, so a public information request would need to be submitted in order to get it. I hope this helps. Good job on doing all the research, not many do, and it can make a world of difference on how and when you receive tags.
