For Jeff’s sake I hope that’s some of the best photoshop ever

Dang dude. I wanna do that!
-
Way cool. Congrats to you!

Yeah, all 1000-5’s have the collapsible seats. I have 2017 limited edition 2000 miles, windshield, rack, roof. I like it but everything is for sale for the right price.

Did you hit him in the jugular? Crazy blood trail.

1000-5 or a regular?

Sweet. Can’t wait to see the rest of your critters.

Bam baby! Congrats on an awesome adventure.

Congrats man. That’s a heck of a first buck. -
Plenty of .280 ammo still on the shelf at SW.

Let er rip man!

There are no bad teams... only bad leaders.

Bloodsport Hybrids shot just fine

Dang dude. Good work.

They for sure break if you shoot them into rocks or block walls. That’s my fault cause I am a crappy archer. I haven’t used them on an animal yet because I am bad at hunting. But they fly well and penetrate good in a target.

5 miles 45:25 today. Missed Camelback last Wednesday so had to do makeup on Saturday. Took the boys. I was proud to see Hunter stick with it and get to the top. He fell a couple times and there were tears, but he did it. That kid is tough as nails.

Good luck today and each day going forward! Congrats on the added responsibility.

Looks like you are getting plenty of advice here. I won’t add a whole lot but emphasize the difference between leader and manager. A couple practical things. Your job is to A) Provide direction B ) Remove roadblocks. It doesn’t matter how technically sound your work is, now your job is to help people figure out how to be effective in their own way. So just telling people is not nearly as effective as helping people figure out how to figure things out their own way. If you need more reading material I would suggest The First 90 Days. Great book for new managers and leaders. I still reference it often.

So I think leftovers just are not a thing anymore.

If you’ve had 6 Kaibab tags and not tagged a deer I’d say your luck ran out long ago.
-
We won’t talk about how many points it took for my 11 yo to get the tag. Where was Duwane’s camp during the early hunt?

Cold weather makes the compass point north ... if you know what I mean.

Ok for real, enough with the panic buying already. I walked through sportsmen’s today while picking up winter clothes for our late Kaibab hunt. Of course, almost nothing on the shelves. I expected that. Then I thought to check my safe stock for the rest of hunting season. At the beginning of the season I always buy enough for that year’s hunts. With one hunt left in the season I was good. So I decided to check online for my usual rounds that I run in each rifle to assess the situation. Not good. There isn’t anything anywhere. If the entire world is sold out of .243 and 7mm-08, I am hesitant to even guess how long the shortages could last. Holy heck people, calm down. The system isn’t made to handle what we’ve put it through.
