*Bull Elk Blessing from donated tag, oh wait... aka Casey's favortism conspiracy theory post.

That’s not quite right, kids need to have some sort of disability but the state does not require it to be terminal. Thank God, since my boy received one of these tags this year. -

Casey if you know something please speak up, but if you don’t its probably worth finding out what organization these tags are donated through and how they distribute them. Vague posting in an accusatory tone is not going to accomplish much. -
Snowing in 4B this morning!

Bear meat is delicious. I killed mine on a drynyear and there was little fat or grease. once you slow cook anything and make green Chile it really doesn’t matter what it started out as.

Happy birthday Hector!

One of my young men is in the Detroit mission now. He was in Cleveland and them they combined them. His name is Hicks. Excited for you to get your boy back!

Unit 31 is pretty 2wd Friendly. I hunted it with my ranger lots of times. Just hike and glass. Lots of deer. As many pigs as anywhere else. Good luck!

A great organization that does a lot across the country to fight HS US and similar organizations

Hey Dave, I agree with you on this. That was a D move for him to do that. As others have said, further from roads reduces these encounters.

Congrats Brian! You are one great uncle. Always helping out those nephews!

Been there every year since I can remember

Quit sandbagging. Everyone knows what’s going on up in 4B.

glassing equipment recommendations.
Flatlander replied to lamrith's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
If you don’t hunt open country via glass often, just rent. Optics4rent and Ross both rent good stuff. You will end up with much better equipment with out spending nearly as much money. I would recommend the largest objective spotter you can get. Paired with your 15’s you will be in good shape. -

Either of these groups is great. It will either end up in the hands of a kid with health challenges or a disabled vet. Pretty cool deal. I know Tom well and Eddy helped me navigate stuff for my kids CHAMP and crossbow permits.

Poor man’s Unit 9. Should be a fun week. Enjoy the trip, wish I was heading out right now!

Awesome! Congrats on a great hunt!

Welp, at least somebody in the Pac 12 is winning non-conference games. And I rarely complain about U of A losing but if they could try and not discredit the entire conference by getting wrecked by group of 5 opponents that would be nice.

Another Limit

It was very generous of you to invite us out, Thanks Kenny. We had a great time. Let’s keep the shell count between us, those early birds were low and fast! Oh yeah, I’m Andrew, Dave was hanging out with us. -
Are there any decent bucks left in unit 21?
Flatlander replied to 308Nut's topic in Mule Deer Hunting
I think you will have a better hunt than you are expecting. Mike deer rut a Bit earlier than coues. I have seen some big swollen necks before Christmas in the desert. You will have a great time. Good luck! -
Pretty much any unit touching Tucson should have plenty of Javelina. It might be worth putting in for an area he is interested in or finds scenic. Best bet for success is stick to what you know. Either that or find a BP agent with some night vision.

Little bear gets ate by bigger bear. Family watches.

I get the impression AZKiller has negotiated head prices with dudes before.

Dang Gina. I have a hard time believing that first bear was 1-2 yrs old. I seen a cocker spaniel bigger.
