Very good advice on looking for fresh tracks with the recent rains. Start looking for deer and you’ll find them...at least that’s been my experience in 36a. Always find javelina when I’m hunting deer. LoL

Don’t know about Tony...but book a glassing day with Duwane and you can learn years’ worth in a day...still on my bucket list. And +1 on the book...I’ve re-read it so many times I can’t remember. Unit...depends on your location. If you’re coming from UT and your buddy from CA one of the units near Phx might be a logical midpoint to meet. Some folks prefer the southern units for coues if traveling to Tucson works for both of you.

Yeah I think when I was seeing it I was causing it by trying to see it.

If it’s inconsistent it could be one arrow...or you might have someone else watch or video a few ends and see if you can confirm. I was seeing fishtailing (I thought) at one point and had others watch my arrows and saw nothing.
