Unless you're running it all the time could install a window AC through the wall for a lot less. I've been through a couple of mini-splits on my casita/office and not a big fan of them. Currently using a window unit...maybe I've just had bad luck.

Peaks looked right, but I thought it was greener when I was there a couple weeks ago. Maybe just where I was. Beautiful town.

It really is...the large water and holding tanks, larger propane tanks, and dual 6v batteries make it a really good dry camping rig for hunting.

Good friend is selling his travel trailer. Very well-maintained and in excellent condition. In Tucson. https://tucson.craigslist.org/rvs/d/2005-pioneer-ck180-camper/6653493431.html

Is your prefix the same as those numbers? I get a lot on my cell with the same area code and prefix as mine...the latest trick to make it look like a legit number I suppose.
-
Man that list went fast...only 30A and 30B left under General. Now I'm worried I didn't get anything since it's not on Portal.
-
Good price on the tires...that's Load Range C right? Can never remember ply vs range...
-
I believe some BBQ places keep it or can get it. agree with oz31p...make sure it's safe before using it, especially overnight.
-
Right but they always post them in portal too...I just couldn’t remember how quickly.
-
Dom did you call to find out? Don’t smoke any poles up ther in your old stomping grounds.
-
I know I could look in the regs, but remind me how this tag works...apply and you get the call whenever a hunt is determined? Do you pay up front or only when you get called? Awesome...
-
I can't remember if the leftovers show up pretty quickly in Portal or if it takes a while even after the tags are in the mail...
-
At least...LoL

I know a a guy with a .270 she can use...oh wait.

+10 on Duwayne. I believe he also will work with you on “scouting reports” as opposed to fully guided...but it sound like you may be good on scouting if you have the full hunt plus days ahead. Give Duwayne a call anyway...he gave me a lot of helpful pointers for my early 12aw hunt a few years ago in just a phone call. Very friendly and helpful.

Check out Orphan Hero for a nice historical read...some fiction but based on the authors great-something grandfather. Author is a friend of mine from work.
-
Bump for nice price...must be better maintained than mine. I never get a first pull start unless its been running recently.

The 2018 leftover list is now up on G&F website.

Thanks for the numbers. I also thought they were down, but I guess it was just the units I usually follow. At least my old standby still has over 100 so ill Hopefully get one of those. -
Staying at Grizzly RV Park in West Yellowstone next week. If I dont forget I will try to update here and let you know how it was. There is another place I need to lookup that was highly recommended to me too but it was full.

Nice forky in your avatar. You can’t count those eye guards though.

1 other item not on the trailer itself...but if you store at home or have your trailer at home very often a dedicated 30-amp circuit is awesome. I just added one on the garage and it has been great running the AC in the 105 heat so the trailer stays cool for cleaning, loading, and working on stuff before our summer trip. Everything else worked fine on 15-amp, but AC would trip the garage breaker and the trailer was a hot oven.

I remember someone on the RV forum did a test of his power drain and determined that running every LED on his trailer at the same time was less power than one incandescent. Seems like it was about $10 per bulb but I switched out the most commonly used first, then the rest over time...saw an immediate difference.
-
Also check out RV.net forums. I spend as much time in there as I do on cwt and have learned a ton. http://www.rv.net/forum/

Yeah check the age on the tires...not just mileage. Whenever the battery needs replacement, consider 2x 6v golf cart batteries if it doesn’t already have them. I also replaced all of our incandescent light bulbs with LED which made a huge difference in battery life without running the generator. Seems silly but one other thing we really like that I added is USB ports for charging phones and other devices off the battery without running the generator or plugging inside the truck. Lots of other good stuff mentioned on here already.
