I get people feel it was cruel. Another reason to hate the french. But everyone has to admit it was pretty dang funny when the roadrunner did it to the coyote!

The legs are adjustable so it folds down about the size of your tripod and fits in your pack. It is strong as a tank as well. Looks like but is not just a regular little stool.

Great little tripod. Walkstool! Awesome product that I thought was a ripoff but is worth it's weight in gold. Good suggestion!

I agree I would use the same starting load info on any vld type bullet you have. I shoot the 168 gr .284 LRAB's and just used my load info from the burgers I was shooting. The Noslers are awesome bullets I killed my deer in Mexico last year one shot and dropped at just over 300yds.

And yes we glass side by side with 12's and 15's. They are both great so you cant go wrong and i loved using my 15's for years, even convinced 2 friends to buy them. I went to 12's last year and after 4 hunts i really like the extra FOV.

Good info, glad you are okay. Is the staff from it not being cleaned properly or part of some issue with e a recluse bite? I ask because it would be good to know what the most important aspect of caring for the bite is to avoid what you went through.

Call Jim at SW Wildlife, he is a sponsor on here and does a ton of different animals from all over the world. I personally would ask the guys you call if they have done one before and have a really good idea or picture of what you are trying to get done. I don't think there is anything to special about a wolf vs a coyote (way bigger ) but If they have done one before that would be a big plus. Awesome trophy BTW!

LOL!! good one! And I am with Bob....who wants to call our beautiful deer "cows"! I stick with coos because it nicer than cows and people look at you goofy if you pronounce it otherwise. Nailed it! Plus on almost every hunt we get to go through the whole story at camp and call them "cows" for the next half hour. Then we go right back to calling them "coos" for the rest of the hunt. I am thinking of going with "Cola Blanca" because the spanish version sounds far more majestic. That and it will allow me one more conversation piece to confuse or irritate the know-it-alls at Sportsmens, Bass Pro, and Cabela's. (relax I know they have some good peeps, my buddy works at one of them)

I think I have to agree with this one, Zeiss or Sightron as was mentioned. I have the Vortex PST on one rifle and really have no complaints. However it is not quite the same as nightforce or MK IV on the other rifles. I was actually going to use Sightron instead of Vortex but they had a wait to get them mailed out. Weaver, IOR, both have some nice models as well, only issue is they are on the heavy side.

I would pay for a badger hunt! It sounds cool, probably not as cool as it sounds... Nice badger, good trophy and would make a really cool mount! I found a freshly dug burrow from one a few months back but never did go back and put a cam on it.

Exactly what I did after having the 10's & 15's combo for years.

I drew desert with 4 or 5 points, can't remember. No follow-up yet on the Rocky and up to 10. Still probably the greatest hunt of my life! And by great I mean it SUCKED and was awesome all at the same time.

I got 16 for goats and no tag again.

ya , ya , ya ... I did read it and I do understand how civil court and a jury work. It was a post about peoples opinions not a civics course assignment. Actually most of the members on here do seem to be interested in facts for the most part. Still more of the garbage everyone deals with due to how easy it is to sue someone and the ridiculous sum of money the lawyers make from these actions. I am sure insurance paid but I am also sure a great deal of money went to the legal teams on both sides. What a waste...

I have 8's, SLC 10's and 15's and still put down the gut wrenching cash on the 12's. They are awesome the FOV is really amazing which makes them very bright. I have so many binos because everytime i add a hunter to the crowd i eventually buy a new pair. So my dad and daughters use the others. I am pretty much set on the 12'a now.

How did he win when he is clearly lost his marbles? What kind of judge did they find for this case? Further proof being a politician rots your brain and removes common sense.

I have read the new zeiss are pretty good. However, you can pick up some swaro's used on here for a great price. I have the original SLC's about 8 years old and they are still great binos. Swaro will service or fix for not much money and have sent me a couple of lost parts for free ovet the years. I have EL's, gold rings, HD Spotter, kahles, vortex, optics so have compared or used quite a fee of brands. I still think the EL 12's are the bino king of the hill but everyone is getting closer to the same mark.

This is the one thing I can't get over no matter which side of the aisle is giving their pitch. Probably also the reason Rand Paul with his libertarian leanings is the front runner for the GOP right now. I really think people are getting tired of spending money on foreign and corporate affairs just to watch taxes climb.
