I felt pretty sure it was a gopher, but I've never seen that color and pattern, so I left it alone

I'll go $300, and keep it as a backup. Does it include a scope?
-
I didn't say it was a reliability concern, it was the FTE, FTF, stovepipe and random dropping the mags that was a issue lol. But it was once of the very first R1 ever made, like I said I'm sure they have fixed those issues by now, and it's still a great deal. My Sig 1911 will have issues with the early version mags, but it doesn't happen with Kimber or Wilson Combat mags, but I bought it on a great deal as well knowing that had issues that could be easily fixed.

Looks like a geocache, you should have opened it

It's a great deal, I though about getting one for a backup, not saying it's a bad gun, my buddy had one and it gave him a ton of issues. I imagine they got the issues worked out by now, and it's hard to beat at that price. I'll stick with my Kimbers

Its not technically closed, says only open if you want to hike in, but the water level is very high causing the closure, and the lower arm is closed to mid June because of the bald eagles. http://www.maricopacountyparks.net/park-locator/lake-pleasant-regional-park/conservation-areas/agua-fria-fishing-schedule/

Are you asking about the lower or upper arm?

That has to be a beast when it's fully loaded, the good news it you can leave it in camp and it would never walk away, you would just have to lock the lid... -
I've read the bill. I quess your opinion of "small tracts" of land is greatly different than mine, up to 160 acre parcel, and you can buy one parcel a year, so it's possible to end up with a square mile in 4 years? The bill does talk about land becoming available to adjacent landowners, but it doesn't say how many adjacent parcels will become available at any given time. It also doesn't say that a large amount parcels won't become available all at the same time.

I regret selling my 22-250 before I got into reloading, my I really do currently love my AR 6.5 Grendel, it's a wicked coyote gun

Hold on, aren't your link and my link basically talking about the same thing, except yours is showing the ball has started rolling, and mine is more of a heads up on things to come? No I can't prove anything he has stated on his site that is happening to AZ is actually the truth, you could google until your eyes bleed, and still not find out the truth. I am a independent, and I 100% agree with the bottom half of your comment.

So is this guy saying that if the Bear Wallow Wildnernes Area was properly maintained and possibly had logging and "multi-use" done to it, the fire wouldn't have been so large? I personally love wilderness designation areas, and that's why I'm trying to bring attention to all of this. What I'm curious about, so if there ends up being as massive fire on that land, how are they going to pay the bill. How much does the government contribute when the state asks for assistance and claim it as a natural disaster. -
If anyone hasn't noticed , trump retracted the land antiquities act, the put the national monuments in the hands of the state, no longer held by the federal government. If you can read between the lines on this one, I firmly believe the state will not want to pay the bill to keep national monuments open, the overhead must be tremendous. The state will start to eventually sell off the land to investors or whoever can pay, which in turn will shrink the land we all love to hunt on. I'm not saying there are going to be houses soon on the Grand Canyon, but it's very possible. Lots and lots of land just got forced onto the state. It won't take much before a place like Yellowstone is reduced because the land was sold for commercial or residential use.

Smoking deal on a pack, I'll go next in line lol

She is a hunter, I got her first deer in the Kaibab about 5 years ago. She pulled that tag with no points and first time ever putting in. We chose December because we could work around the hunting schedule. She has recently found shed hunting to be fun, and actually enjoys it. I would have never thought she would like to hike 8-10 miles carrying her pack and sheds lol

I'm getting married at the end of this year, the fiancé would like a larger outdoor venue, she has crunched the numbers and has show me the spreadsheet. Two things that seems overpriced to me are a DJ and a photographer, I won't knock on a person of their trade but I'm sorry I just don't get it, the amount of money they want for 5-6 hours of works is absurd. So if anyone knows anyone in those lines of work that's looking for some work, please let me know. I'm also still shopping around for rentals on tables, chairs, porta potties, heaters, pretty much everything, still looking for a cake person as well. Anyone have any help I would greatly appreciate it.
-
I'm not trying to be cheap, I was looking for references and options, and was hoping somebody knew someone in those lines of work.
-
I agree with both of statements, I've been to weddings that have had a bad DJ and those getting married still talk bad about it to this day. Same goes with a photographer, I've seen some very upset women afterwards.

From what I understand, once the land became federal on bear ears land, they claimed farming, ranching, timber harvest, mining, oil and gas exploration, would not be affected. What ended up happening was once the lease was up they told them to go pound sand, either halting or greatly reducing what happens on that land. I could be wrong and that's only coming from what I have read on the web -
I will accept your donation, but if not...... free bump for a great guy and a great scope
