Good luck man! I‘ll gladly come cull a cow for you if you want someone to seek revenge

Jealous?!?!?! Hahahaha, you must be a guide. They get paid (a little) to hunt and they still never “kick my butt”.

Don’t get caught up on moon phase. The dates are the dates. You can’t change that. Hunt when you can and hunt hard.

I have no skin in the game or beef against Duwane but where there is smoke there is fire. He could be the MOST law abiding outfitter in AZ but i would guess every outfitter in AZ violates a law from time to time. Not sure why so many people on here are fangirls. He probably had to bait because he couldn’t walk with so many people hangin on his nutsack (TH). When any allegations come up against other outfitters in AZ we hang them before the trial. Why the special treatment?

I went last weekend and did pretty good. The river is low and starting to get pretty mossy though

I NEVER agree with Prdatr abut that outfit definitely got in hot water. Not sure if any licenses were lost but there were a lot of allegations against them.

If a taxidermist can’t maintain a 1 year turnaround on their mounts they are either taking in too much work and need to turn some away or are just bad at running a business. A year is not too much to ask and i don’t think i’ve ever heard a single person complain about getting their animal back in a year. Plenty of great taxidermists in AZ that always get their work done in less than a year.
-
When a taxidermist feeds you the line that the tanneries are backed up for “x” amount of time, it’s a lie. They wait until they have a PILE of capes to send off so they can save on shipping and the just basically always use that as the their excuse.

Eddie, i do not own an EV first of all. Secondly, should i drive exclusively ICE vehicles just to support ICE "losers"? My every day is a 2018 cummins man. Costs $20 a day to and from work or around $500 a month. An EV would cost pennies on the dollar. Don’t worry I’ll keep my rigs that blow smoke just to make sure i contribute to the "ICE losers" N2, what is "fair share" of taxes? We ALL pay too much!!! How do EV’s hurt the "masculine males and females" of america that depend on fuel we buy from communist countries? Don’t get me wrong, i think EV’s are as gay as the next guy and if we actually were petroleum independent again and i was paying $1.79 for diesel like i was a couple years ago, i would not even consider it. What is more "Anti-American" now? Buying overpriced fuel from gigantic, corporate, billion dollar "gas stations" who get their fuel from communist countries or driving an EV to and from work?

I’m really considering biting the bullet on an electric vehicle for my commute. My place of employment has free chargers for employees at all of their offices. I would rarely even have to plug it in at home.

Deleted. Thought you were trying to sell, not buy

Sounds like you have your mind made up that your scope is bad….send it back. If you own that many and this is the first issue, that is a pretty good track record for scopes in that price range. You could own 100 vortex and will send back 97 of them. You do NOT need to lap modern, precision scope rings, it only hurts them. Lapping rings was something we did before modern manufacturing figured out how to make them more precise.

I am so hoping that CW turns into tinder on this thread. To the recently separated woman that started this thread, fc80 would not do you wrong and i’m 97.62% sure he could take your ex in hand-to-hand or firearm combat. If it came down to flinging arrows at eachother though, it’s probably even money.

I’ve switched to leupolds on all of my rifles and have not had many issues at all. Had one vx3i cds that lost zero but it was probably rings or rifle. Re-zeroed and no issues since. Could be the scope, the rifle or the trigger man. I personally trust mine more than any other scopes i’ve had.

Man, if this post was 6 months from now, i would be getting ahold of you. That is the exact breed i want for my next dog, just not quite ready yet.

Calibers for next years youth gun giveaway?
GreyGhost85 replied to Crazymonkey's topic in The Campfire
I wouldn’t say good for elk… i like classic. 270 or 308 here. -
I would add Ieupold vx5 3-15 to your list as well. I don’t shoot over 5-600 and they’ve been great for me. Even the vx3 cds have worked very well and they are extremely light.
