    Take a woman hunting!!

I wish my wife would go hunting with me, I've tried. When my daughter gets a little older ( she's 3 ) I will definitely take her along.
  3. In Argentina in the the 90's the Peso was 1 to 1 with the US Dollar. I was living there in Dec. 2001 when it fell overnight to 3 or 4 to 1, depending on the day. Inflation obviously kicked in really quickly. It was a huge mess. All of a sudden it was way more profitable for business owners to export their goods because the Argentine peso was so weak. As a foreigner with foreign money it was great for me. All of a sudden my $100 could buy me $300-$400 worth of goods, so it was only natural for inflation to kick in. Each province started printing their own money and the value of each one varied depending on the status of the province. Whose money would you rather have South Dakota's or California's??? The US dollar has been dropping worldwide and that is one of the biggest causes of inflation. About the voting......there is no way I could sit back, not go out and vote and then watch Hillary or Obama get voted in.

    Want to buy

The latest NEC would be the 2008. Hate to see you spend the money on the 2005 since there are some changes in 2008 that would affect some of the work on your house.

    Olympus

So the other day my wife finds my 3 year old daughter playing with our digital camera and she had managed to somehow make it so that it won't turn on and the lens was stuck half way out . It wasn't a high end camera but it wasn't a cheapo either. We bought it about 11 months prior and it came with a one year warranty. I sent it in, told them what happened and was expecting an estimate as far as repair price. I figured that since we were sure my daughter broke it that they wouldn't cover it under warranty. They sent me an email that stated that the repair would be $120. I called them with my debit card on hand ready to pay for the repair......the customer service girl told me that they were going to fix it under warranty and I wasn't going to be charged. Needless to say I am very happy with my experience. This will definitely be a huge factor in my shopping next time I purchase a new camera. I just wanted to give Olympus a big thumbs up and I thought it might be something to consider for anybody looking for a camera.

Find the deer in the poppies!

Cool pictures. The pics are reduced quite a bit, if you click on them then you can find the deer a lot easier. CB1, those are way cool pics. A few of them are very similar to some I have seen in 36B. If you find out any of the meanings please let us know.

    Eberlestock for Sale

My dad is wanting to sell his hunting pack. It is the Eberlestock J107 in Advantage Max1 camo. It was purchased brand new Fall of 2007 and has been used on one deer hunt and one Javelina hunt. It was never used to pack out any game. It's an awesome pack, the only thing wrong with it is it fits too much stuff inside . That's why he's selling it, he's downsizing. He's getting up there in age(mid 50's) and it's too much pack for him. I have the X1 and love the Eberlestock packs, especially the rifle scabbard. Here's a link to the Eberlestcok website with the specks....... http://www.eberlestock.com/J107%20Dragonfly.htm The pack is in perfect condition, nothing wrong with it at all. Asking $250 shipped, OBO.

    suns bushing for a championchip

I think it was a good trade. I think most people don't realize how much chemistry affects a basketball team. I think it's more important in basketball than in almost any other sport. I loved Shawn Marion and I appreciate what he did while he was here but the competition has been stepping up and something had to be done. If you don't want to be here, then I don't want you here. I also think his attitude was negatively affecting the play of other players. I think just him not being here will change the overall play and offensive agressiveness of some of the other guys. I think it's a pretty big risk but only time will tell. I think it's going to work wonders for the team chemistry and I also think it's going to be a huge shot in the arm for both Shaq and the Suns. He is going to be super motivated for many reasons, mostly stopping Kobe. He is going to bring in a championship attitude and I hope we see new life out of him. I also think it's going to help a lot to open up our half court offense, which is extremely crucial in the playoffs. I really hope it works, and I am optimistic, but only time will tell.

    Roosevelt Snow

Love the pictures. Looks like you had a good time. Last night I made plans to go out today and see if I couldn't drop a yote or 2 out that way. I figured conditions would be good today. I had everything packed and ready to go last night. About 2:30 in the morning my 3 year old daughter comes in crying. I had to miss my trip and take her to the doctor. It ended up turning into a daddy-daughter day, which is fine. Turns out conditions were great too . Oh well, there will be other oppurtunities.

    You guys won't believe this..........

When I was 15 or 16 I went Bass fishing with my dad and cousin in Sinaloa. Some of the local kids showed us the hide of a jaguar stretched out on some sticks they had put together. We slept in tents and I never went too far from camp when I had to take care of business at night . I do remember seeing one deer on the shore during our 6 days of fishing.
