    If you fall for the oldest scam in the book “Billy bob in Texas has that 4ounce gold bar you’re looking for.” Then yeah, you’re either old as all heck and should know better! Or just an idiot and will learn after this scam works on you.

  2. I got a few about a month ago. Broad breasted white and broad breasted artisan black is what I was told they were.  Anyways, I think they’re about ready to head outside permanent. Any thoughts on how long I should keep them inside? They are all roughly game hen/big pheasant size currently.

    For me I like cooking brisket to 203 for the Flat and 205 for the point. Lately I have been separating the two muscles before smoking so I get more bark and so both get cooked to perfection. When cooking unseparated all together and I am smoking for the perfect point the flat is overdone slightly dry and falls apart. If I cook for the perfect flat the point gets under cooked and is not as tender as I would like. Separating them before takes a bit of time but you just follow the fat line between the muscles. Your finished product will turn out better and the meat will be easer to slice correctly. Brisket is my favorite meat to smoke. Good luck.

    I’m going to try that for sure! Might wait til my second brisket though. Thank you for the tip.

    I’m thinking I will. Starting at 6-7 Friday night, brother in laws birthday lunch is at 1:30 on Saturday so I hope I’ll have time to adjust for mistakes. On a mesquite smoker with real wood 14 hours was about my max. Still tuning my yuppie skills with pellets haha!

    dang! Little boy is a home owner now? Good for him! I’ll have to give him the wheel barrow so he learns how to actually bbq. I’ll call you in the next few days, it’s been awhile bud.

    Regarding teachers with guns.  This came up recently at a meeting I attended.  The concern is, when LEO enters, has this video shows they are ready to shoot.  A teacher even though trained may be in the wrong place at the wrong time.  It's very difficult to make a split second decision when going in to save children and an armed plain clothes person steps out armed.  The killer could step out and yell I'm a teacher,, then shoot them in the back has they go by.  

    That’s a side of it that I haven’t thought of. Cops come in and shot a teacher or plain close security officer thinking they’re the suspect. Interesting.

  7. Eh…. Frehd520 is a good guy. His ole man got drunk and misspelled his name on his birth certificate. His real name is Fredrick Hanson Fourscoretwenty, that’s his fathers name given from the European settlers that took over their tribe when they settled in Eastern Africa. But his pops used the nickname. I know him personally and his family. He’s legit, buy with confidence.
