http://www.discounttire.com/en/buy-tires/cooper-discoverer-atp/p/11769 These are the tires I've been running on my Tacoma and have been very happy with them. These are the ATP which is only sold by discount but the AT3 is the same thing if you want to buy them elsewhere. They sell this in a LT which is the light truck that has more ply's with a higher weight rating as I tow my 4k pound travel trailer with them.

It says it is available for applicants that apply online, doesn't look like you can buy it if you do a paper app. https://www.azgfd.com/hunting/pointguard

The G&F made 11m illegal to shoot a bow within a 1/4 mile of a building which makes about 99% of 11m illegal to hunt in. This doesn't stop them from selling 160 elk tags though

The "fence" does not really exist anymore. You can walk in and out of the park without realizing you crossed the border.

I don't know this for sure but I think that when the boundaries got drawn up a long time ago unit numbers were given to the reservations. This is why you see gaps like 25 and 26 were given to the apache reservations, I think 11 was originally given to the Navajo but when they took away Flagstaff out of 7M they repurposed it. I think 14 was giving to the Hualapai Reservation.

anyone on the lakes at night whether you are in a float tube or kayak or whatever needs to have navigation lights. It would only be a matter of time before you were run over by a boat if you are sitting out in the dark with no lights Plenty of flatheads are caught off shore, they will feed in very shallow water

Here is an article the Daily Sun did about this. http://azdailysun.com/news/local/game-and-fish-changes-hunting-rules-around-flagstaff/article_2223c0c1-7ce2-5aca-9090-4139339b5f2b.html

California Approves Ban
missedagain replied to ready2hunt's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
" Senators approved 11 gun-related bills in total. They include regulations for homemade firearms, background checks for ammunition purchases, a ban on magazines holding more than 10 rounds, a mandate to report lost or stolen guns, a ban on loaning firearms to friends, and funding for a gun-violence research center." What a bunch of nut jobs! This is why the supreme court is so important -
Sounds more like hunters that screwed themselves rather then G&F doing anything. I'm as hardcore of a hunter as the next guy but the sight of a wounded animal with an arrow in it makes me sick too. The game and fish has very simple rules about the archery harvest in relation to the aug dec and jan hunts. If success goes up they drop the dec hunt. Its that simple. No conspiracy theory. There was never a December or January hunt in 11m and the ratio of archery harvest to rifle doesn't apply here either since 11m has never had a rifle season. I'm not trying to conspiracy theory anything just giving the answer to the original question.

The AZ G&F has a record of setting seasons to appease anti-hunters. If you live in Flagstaff you probably saw in the local news last year about residents having deer run through the neighborhoods with arrows flopping out of them. It was pressure from these residents that caused the game and fish to create a new rule that you have to be more than 1/4 mile from a residence to fire a bow. This publicity last year also caused 11m to go to a draw.

Returning tag for reinstatement of bonus points
missedagain replied to bonecollector777's topic in The Campfire
Sounds like a great way for the G$F to get $5 more per application. Seems like it would make an instant market for people to sell their bonus points to others with a group application year after year. -
I'm in.

Anyone hunted with Borderland Adventures?
missedagain replied to predator's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Mexico
I went to Mexico with them, had a great time! Killed a booner buck. It might be to late to book for 2016, I would email them sooner rather than later -
