There is no chart saying how much weight it can hold but you could stand or sit briefly on it..as far a locking capability it is secure when the tailgate is locked. It is unlatched or opened once the tailgate is opened.

The scope is illuminated through fiber optics and tritium and no need for batteriesThis is the 30mm tube and it is the 1-4x24 with the Green triangle. Scope come with Manuel , lens pen, Trijicon sticker and scope caps. This scope has no wear marks or ring marks on it. I am asking $925.00 or best offer.
