I have tinkered with about everything mentioned here. My opinion, browning xbolt. Best factory gun for the money. After the rebate I bought mine for less than $450. Another good one was the tc compass. Just my thoughts. Really can't go wrong with most of what was said here. I do agree with spending as much as you can on a good scope. Let us know what you decide

I think they have fixed the zipper issue. I sent my super day pack back a couple months ago. It had a few straps that broke stitching from packing too much meat. $12 shipping and 10 days later it was back as good as new.

We had some good spots scouted in 8, but only heard 2 gobbles all weekend. They just turned off.

We have 3 xbolts. None are the hells canyon, but all shoot awesome. I bought an xbolt .270wsm for $400 from reeds. It shoots as good as any gun I own

I took this off of a gun I traded for. It has a spot on the side that looks like the gel coat cracked. I think it can probably be filled in and repaired pretty easy.

I have a set of 15x 50 Brunton eternas and a set of 11.5 x 45's. Both show normal signs of wear, but the glass is in good shape. No major dings or scratches. I would like to get $350 for both sets. I will post pictures later today

Houge pillar bedded long action stock. I had this cerekoated to match a rifle I had. It holds up pretty good, but it has a few scratches. My gun shot sub moa with this stock.
