Canned, saw it in the store. Usually make from leftovers. Sometimes laziness wins.

They are a little under done, like them less than more. But I never did them in tacos either. Came out great.

Not dinner, but breakfast. Pork green chili, white corn tortillas, american cheese (had nothing else) and over easy eggs! Spalshed 1 with tapatillo the other cholula, loved both

So 2 pork butts about 9lbs each or so, 1 bbq pork, 1 green chili crock pot. 16 hours on smoker. BBQ butt in cooler resting.
