Woke up a little early. Had the desire for a decadent dish. Loco Moco, classic Hawaii dish with wite rice topped with a 1/2 lb burger with a rich thick brown gravy with mushrooms and onions, topped with an egg and green onions!

I got home tonight late from the Rams/Cardinals game. Whipped up 15 or so large scallops with a butter garlic sauce. not the prettiest, but ate well!

good eats when it is outdoors, doesnt matter what you are having.

I know there are quite a few trackers for Apple, but I am looking for Andriod style trackers for use with my Samsung phone. Mainly looking at for ebike, wallet, dog, car etc...

Lunch today. Pan seared panko cilantro encrusted bluefin tuna with sesame oil, shichimi togarashi, miso furikake and toasted sesame seeds over steamed rice and green onions. Fish I caught off San Diego.

Light dinner well, breakfast for dinner. 3 egg cheesey scramble with hatch green chillies and cilantro, sausage and prickly pear toast!

Pastrami, swiss, thousand island, coleslaw, lays chips and 3 pickle spears. Small salt infusion for lunch!

dang new food comes flying in too fast tonight. This is making me hungry again.

Wow great call on doing something different for Turkey day. That looks delish. Is it on the thicker or thinner side? I may have to make this for new years.

Use this. But it still doesn't melt fast enough, usually forget to put it on sooner. The real secret, torch it use the small butane torches and it helps melt it. This steak was torched.
