I don't know what the teeth look like on the hand saw, but I also sharpen my chainsaw with round files and some rakers with flat files. Measure the teeth and grab round or flat and go 1 direction, they probably alternate teeth directions.

ACE is probably the only place that will do it. They will do chainsaw for sure, and would assume they would do hand saws too.
