Look up the landings, each had own pricing etc. Fishermans, pointloma, h&m are all together and parking sucks and is like 12 bucks per day. Seaforth landing near sea world is free and big lot. Cost is 70 to 150 per pers.

I always build any lower into a pistol first. That way you can top it with a rifle top, and back to a pistol. Letter of law if you build rifle first, it is always a rifle. If planning on doing a SBR, pistol first, test fire/fit. Make sure it works. Then do SBR paper work.
