Hot one day and cold the next. Fishing is a finicky one for sure. But no matter what outcome, always take a day on the water than the office!

Just got one from Costco, think it was $49.00. The zero gravity are great, so easy to nap in and really nice when side table to put your drink on instead of spilling on yourself when you fall asleep.

I am heading up to the Sierras next weekend do some trout fishing and a little hiking. Nice week long vacation. Then mid Sept YFT and YT trip, then end the year 1st of Oct for another YFT and YT trip. For sure some big BFTs on longer trips are coming in. Good luck to all going out!

Just like in voting. Me, myself and I have bought tags for all 12 for all 3 of us, plus 1 extra, so that is 48 tags we all have applied for. Doing this by allowable genders, I fell the 4 of us qualify!

Very nice rig! Overlanding trucks are getting sick money for them. There is a huge market/people out there that are into it. Go see Overland Expo in Flagstaff, site to see. -

They will NOT create a signal if there isn't one there. Need a signal even faint and it will boost it. What helps is getting it higher up that roof line, above cargo bars/boxex etc..... Text message usually can get out when there isnt a phone signal. Inreach gets you texting all day long.

Not sure why AZ has above ground lines, figure with all the expense of replacement and inconvenience to customers, the power companies would burry them. My only guess is job security and to keep people employed.

do we do strip clubs, sandwiches, tanning boots, gun shops next?

I found a low price online and took to discount, they honored the low price and went thru them. Other option if you dont like discount, is buy low online and take to a tire shop for mounting. I have had UPS ship tires to my front door. neighbors asked questions but who cares.

Velvet Elvis in Patagonia is a good stop when hunting in that area.

Pizza on a brick is key, conveyor never will be as good. fast yes, but I like Biancos, Florencia Pizza Bistro in Ahwahtukee, Grimaldis, Vero/Buddys (butter crust thick). Like mine cooked a tad crispy too. Old school cheese or pepperoni, but a nice sausage, onion and garlic hits the spot.

Bingo, always have your license with you as you can hunt waskily wabbits and yotes all year long.

I went thru my stuff because I could not remember what I had. I have First Lite, Kuiu and Minus 33 for tops/bottoms. What I like about the FL/Kuiu/M33 is that the collars seems to stay tight and retain shape. I have had other brands where collars that got stretched out and nasty looking (looks in woods are key). Im a big kid 6' 250 and like the tighter base layers. I picked up the FL/Kuiu on sale so that helped a lot. Gentle wash and hang dry or very light temp on drier.

gonna get addicted!!!!!! 6 pack on a 48-52 ft fisher is awesome. Stick with overnight to 1.5 or 2.5 day trips. The day trip for 12 hours IMO isnt worth it. Kick in a few extra bucks and go at least overnight. I have done quite a few 6 pack trips and have stuck with Coblat (Fishermans Landing) or Sauerfish (Point Loma Landing). They have all the gear and food ready for you, just show up. I'm partial to Sauerfish as they have beer included. I just did an overnight on Cobalt and going in mid Sept. First of Oct, going on Sauerfish again. Let me know if you have questions. Andrew
