Woke up a little early. Had the desire for a decadent dish. Loco Moco, classic Hawaii dish with wite rice topped with a 1/2 lb burger with a rich thick brown gravy with mushrooms and onions, topped with an egg and green onions!

I got home tonight late from the Rams/Cardinals game. Whipped up 15 or so large scallops with a butter garlic sauce. not the prettiest, but ate well!

good eats when it is outdoors, doesnt matter what you are having.
