At some point probably in January or February there will be a 30 day public comment. At this point I would guess to venture that all the crying in the world isn't going to stop the ban of trail cameras this time. Probably be in effect by January 1st 2022.
-
According to commissioner sparks he had just as many public comments for the ban as he did against the ban.

I guess being able to read makes you in insider, and by the way most of the carefree employees are working from home now so they're not even in their offices.
-
The commission isn't doing any banning of trail cameras today, they are only Request to Approve a Notice of Rulemaking Docket Opening, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Amending Article 3. Taking and Handling of Wildlife. Presenter: Larry Phoenix, FOR3 Regional Supervisor. The Department will ask the Commission to vote to approve a Notice of Rulemaking Docket Opening, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, and Economic Impact Statement to December 4, 2020 Page 4 of 6 Commission Meeting Agenda initiate rulemaking to amend rules within Article 3. Taking and Handling of Wildlife, related to the use of game cameras. I would guess that when they have the final meeting on the subject it will be at the big office at carefree that way there is plenty of room for anyone that wants a blue card to stand up and cry a little.

Do you guys cry and whine when a restaurant says no shoes or shirt no service?
-
You're right i was speculating about him crying if he missed an opening day but fast forward the video posted to the 1:20:38 mark. No speculating there.
-
To you maybe. I doubt Russ Jacoby ever cried over missing an opening day of a hunt but he darn sure cried over the possibility of a trail camera ban.
-
Don't most big game hunts start on a weekday? Most people more than willing to take that day off if it means that much to them.
-
It's actually 48 hrs before a hunt.
-
AZGFD doesn't own the airspace and airplanes and drones don't take game but they still banned the use of them for taking game.
-
You pay out of state tag costs but you are not put into the 10% cap.
-
Just curious do you have all the public comments? It would be interesting to see how many comments were for the ban or at least some regulation on their use and how many comments were for no regulation.

Might be good to let her see how the department really works and where all the funding comes from and if she gets to far out of line she gets out voted 4-1. -

Jennifer Martin and Sue Chilton have both served as commissioners. Jennifer had a biology background and may have worked for the department at one time and Sue Chilton is a rancher just outside of Arivaca. -

There's two others to choose from and one of them I'm pretty sure used to be a WM for the AZGFD. -
According to AZGFD there were over 8,150 more applications and 11,495 more applicants this year than last year.

His small town was right off the 447.

4 Gould's tags in 8 years in our house, not bad odds.
-
From what luck I've been having reloading supplies are as hard to get as everything else.
-
His camp this year was bigger than the small town I grew up in 😂.
-
If Adams only allowed guides and clients in his camp this year he either has a 20-1 guide/client deal or he had half the tag holders in his camp, it was freaking huge.
-
Most of us on this site will never see a wolf hunt in this state in our life time.
-
1 Gould's tag and I'm guessing back to back unit 1 turkey tags for our house. The Gould's tag will be our 4th tag and 3rd different person to draw.
-
Just finished putting in 3 apps for turkey, one had 20 pts, one had 19 pts and the third app had an average of 3 pts.
