No. My son drew a doe tag in early October and grandpa wants to bring up the trailer on a few scouting trips and so he can have a nice place to sleep.

My dad and I got 7w Late Rifle Bull tags also. No junior cow hunt for my son 2 yrs in a row trying to get drawn for that hunt. What a waist it is to put a 10yr old in for a junior hunt to not get drawn. But they are the next generation of hunters!!! But cant get drawn. Frustrating!!

21 General rifle tag here 2/20-2/26 we have 3 tags. Time to start scouting!!

We can't miss the deadline for putting in for these hunts but they can miss the deadline for sending out the tags to us? This is not right!!

My dad, 10yr old son (1st big game hunt), and I have been drawn for this unit to hunt mule deer October 24th-30th. I have hunted this unit before on the east side of 89. After looking at the G&F website the Kirkland/Wagoner Rd east of 89 now has a locked gate closed to hunting. I have never hunted west of 89. There are a few permanent water sources in the habimap on G&F website but not a lot of help there other than the unit info. Can someone point me in a good direction to start my scouting and see if I can get my son a shot at his 1st deer? I don't care if I get a deer just hope he can get a shot and experience buck fever!! The last elk I had hanging in a tree at our camp some a-hole stole the back straps and tenderloins out of it. Never again will I hang another animal in a tree at our camp so the idiots driving around can come into my camp at night and steal it from me. Just my 2 cents.

Seen deer every day but no bucks. Deer would bed down by 8:30am because it was warm and would not move in the afternoon. Good learning experience to not put in for this hunt again. Too many tags and not enough deer. Like every other unit in this state.

What unit/region? Public or private land? If private how much did you pay the rancher to hunt in his land? I have hunted WY several times. Thanks. Mike
