Doesn't have any way to bolt it down, but it has some heft to it and I wouldn't want to dead carry it for more than 30'. Specs here but not 100% sure they are 1:1 with this one. It has a lockout key and 5 digit code, 9V battery powered. Everything works but the lower battery cover fell off.
