WTB Ready to Hunt Archery Setup

Have a friend with a 28" draw looking to get an archery setup with something used and reputable from the last decade or so.

$300-700, 60-70 lbs, decent sight, quiver and a couple arrows and ability to safely shoot prior to purchase.

Have a newer PSE Bowmadness Epix id be willing to part with. It's fully setup and tuned by me. Everything is running right down the middle and it shoots bullet holes in paper. It shoots extremely well.
