This is the model with the upgraded aluminum roof not the cheap plastic roof. No holes, leaks, or tears in canvas. Newer tires and good spare. Bearing buddies installed for easy greasing of axle. Larger storage compartment on the front. Propane hookups included but not a tank. Electric hookups for RV park and also has battery power available, Battery not included. Awning included. Two beds slide out, one queen and one double. Has sink for basic needs and also a propane stove. Some good basic cabinets for storage. This trailer won't last.
