Rharris Report post Posted November 14 The Board has selected 2 candidates to submit to the Governor for consideration. Patrick Cooley of Yuma and Jessica Manuell of Parks One of these two candidates will replace Clay Hernandez. I urge everyone to research the candidates and contact the Governor.
