Dodge Cummins parts

Recommended Posts

A few months ago I swapped out some parts on my truck. All the parts are off a 2004.5 Dodge 2500 Cummins.

I have the factory radiator, intercooler with tubes, and transmission cooler. Truck had about 120K miles on it when the parts were pulled. Nothing was wrong with the parts, just upgraded. I know most people replace factory with aftermarket but figured maybe someone can use these for a much cheaper price to get by.

Free to anyone that needs them. But won’t say no to some silver cans with blue mountains as trade. Haha. Located in west valley off Loop 101 and Olive. Message me or text at 60two3two704two4. Thanks Nick

As s cummins owner with over 212k, what did you go to? Already replaced my radiator, but the intercooler is factory

I went with Mishimoto radiator, intercooler, trans cooler. Couldn’t be happier with it. I haul a pretty good size bumper pull toy hauler and it is noticeably cooler. My truck is lifted (also re geared) with a winch bumper on the front. So it got a little warm at times. With the new stuff it still can get warm but much longer pulls to get there.

Biggest thing is a thermal bypass  for the transmission and a new bigger pan . Had this done on my 18 ram and my transmission never gets above 160 pulling the trailer or 150 in the summer heat . The weak link on these trucks is the transmission.

Yes I also deleted my heat exchanger and ran new trans lines to the cooler. Not all the trucks have the terrible design of the heat exchanger that mine did. And I also had the bigger aftermarket pan on it.
