az_shooter Report post Posted March 6 Been looking for one of these models for over a year now. Ruger quit making the compact model with the wooden stock. I own one already, it's actually my oldest kid's first rifle, and I want to get my youngest kid the same one. If anyone has one and is willing to sell, I'd sure like to have it. The picture below was taken from an online google search just to show what I'm looking for. It has to be the wooden stock and notice no barrel strap at the front of the stock.
