Need to buy Sako scope mounts tapered dovetail

I have a couple Sako rifles and need picatinny and need the Burris ones have been discontinued.

Jeff, I have three sets of Sako tapered dovetail ring mounts. Two are Warne high and one set Sako medium. All are one inch tube rings.
