GodIsGood Report post Posted November 6, 2010 That is weird. I just bought a 2200 off a guy on this site, but the spotting scope compartment zipper was broken. I called and got a person right away. They had me ship it in and replaced the zipper free of charge. I got the pack back about a week after I sent it. Maybe I was just lucky. I also bought a second-hand pack that had some stiching issues - normal wear for the beating it took. I called and got repair ticket number and sent them the pack - it came back repaired and reinforced in a very reasonable amount of time. of course this was a few yrs ago.
