I was just getting ready to post this with the story of the hunt, but since you brought it up. We picked up our elk meat on Saturday and Sunday morning we were enjoying some great sausage the whole family really enjoyed it. Sunday night we had some New York Strip and it was wrapped good and cut well. I also sliced up a roast for jerky Sunday. The roast was all tied up and put together real nice, I almost hated to cut it up, but we are enjoying some good jerky today. It was good to meet you Jeremy, you did an excellent job, very friendly and helpful. Thanks
