HEADACHE Report post Posted April 13, 2006 Anyone feel like giving me a good spot to check out for my MAY 5th Turkey Tag? it doesn't have to be Granpa's secret honey hole. . . just good enough to get my first tom. I have been scouting high and low and have come up with a bunch of nothing. . . no tracks, no roost, no noise, only a few feathers. . . I haven't been turkey hunting since I was like 12 so I am a bit on the rusty side. . . I have been practicing my calls, and even bought some decoys of ebay. I thought about sitting a tank or roost/feeding area if I found good enough sign. . . . . time is a ticking away. . . . I got Maps and GPS and NASA Whirlwind too . . . . ?
