retlaw280 Report post Posted July 9, 2006 Hey Bob, I'm sure the "ethics police" would disagree, but after a minute at full draw, I couldn't risk letting down my bow. Believe me, I much prefere a broadside shot. I had confidence in me taking this kind of shot since I had shot probably thousands of arrows in my back yard at all angles and distances previous to the hunt. The scent bomb I am referring to are the little orange bottles made by Tink's 69. They have a cotton wick inside. I spray doe in heat scent on them and they work very well during the rut.
