Good meat processor

Recommended Posts

well it not that hard I cut 80 elk last year and 30 deer and I can tell u if you take care of the meat in the field you will save yourself a lot of time it amazing what some people drag into the processer covered in dirt hair just lmao. but that at the shop at home here all you need.

But remember take your time in the field bone out what u can I would get a vacuum sealer and grinder and some good knifes my wife just uses the kitchen aid grinder attachment and I bought a table at walmart she seals while I cut. 3 to 4 hrs depend on how much grinding u have their are several videos on you tube

Just bone it out separate at the seems each muscle group and cut against the grain..
