San Carlos or Picacho Water

Does anyone know if San Carlos or Picacho have any water in them? If so, how much?

They are letting water out of San Carlos for irrigation, but I think Picacho is dry.

I live 15 minutes from the reservoir- it was dry last time I was out there. (been about a week) Had a good duck season last year though, hoping they'll add some water and make it good this year.
