GLITCH IN DRAW SYSTEM ?? HUNT NUMBER LEFT OUT

any tried to putin for buffalo and noticed that in the printed regs there is a hunt number 7021,

but in the on line sytem when you try to choose hunt numbers it SKIPS this number it has 7020 and 7022, BUT NOT the 7021......
