Suggestions for repairing holster

I need suggestions for repairing a holster so my pistol doesn't snag when drawn. It's an in the pants holster for a pocket pistol. A year of daily carry has the sights and other protrusions from the pistol wearing through the cloth on the holster (the outside is like suede and the inside is lightly padded nylon). Does anyone have any suggestions for repairing holes so the gun doesn't snag when drawn? I've been thinking about a denim patch or something similar but wanna see if anyone has any other ideas. Thanks!

For $9, I would just replace it if it were me. My time alone is worth more than that.

 

Eat a PB&J one day for lunch instead of fast food and you have saved enough to cover the cost.

I thought about that. I guess I'm cheap. Lol.

You could try "Shoe Goo". But a tube of it costs about half the price of a new holster.

Fill the holes with epoxy. Shoe Goo might catch since it is a little bit softer when it dries.
