Good write up.

I had to leave my wife and her mom on a hillside deep in unit 27 one night! Her mom went out with us but got suddenly weak and couldn't move so I went back to camp to retrieve help.

Because we make a practice of packing all the items you mentioned we were prepared and while they were not happy being left out there, they had supplies necessary! Things can go south quickly out there in the hills!
