With a height range from 25.2 inch to 63.8 inch and weighing just 1.3 lb., this monopod is especially recommended when you are using long zoom lenses for photographing far away action. Featuring a wrist carrying strap, this  monopod has a quick action lever leg lock system that allows for quick set up. There is no head included.
