Anyone know what an old Ford Model T is worth? - Pix Added
muley224 replied to Coach's topic in Classified Ads
Most of the time these old Model "T" parade cars are worth what someone will pay for them. Here is a nice Cpe for sale that really doesnt need anything for $13k OBO. My 1920 Pick up is totally restored and was on the Showroom floor of a local ford dealer for years and I cant get $9k for it. Gotta stick to my guns on the $2-$4k value. -

What year and model ? The sport cpes and roadsters are the most popular. 4 door models not so much. I have this 1920 fully restored Model T pickup for sale for $9800.00. Ive been dealing in classics for 40 years. By the pics and condition probably between $2k - $4k. They are quite cheap to restore. Hope this helps. -

Do you agree with G&F forcing kids to take Hunter Safety???
muley224 replied to Big Browns's topic in Youth Hunters
I believe that to hunt Colorado it is required for all, at least it was last time I hunted there. I had taken it in NY in 1970 where it was mandatory. -
Was up in 12aw and came across this new fenced in area. Had hundreds of flags, and numbered covered plants of some sort. Had an irrigation system from a bladder type system. Ran into a guy from game and fish in a water truck and he had no idea what it was. Any thoughts ?

For those familiar with 12aw winter range, it is down at the divide road headed to jump up, little springs, horse springs area. Where the 236 rd hits the 423. All brand new. May be Forest service project.

Have known Brian and his dad for many years. Went on my first and second lion hunts with him. One in the southern desert, and then in 12ae. He knew his stuff. Condolences to Bill and the entire family. He'll be in the happy hunting grounds above. RIP

Sure looks alot like this Buck my friend harvested in 19A. Possibly same gene pool. Only we got this Buck in 1998. He netted 88" I believe that Tony Grimmett chased this buck and has him on video. Named him " Rambo"

Have taken a few bulls with my 7mm mag. 150 gr. ballistic tip boatails. Worked for me. Bullet placement helps with any round you shoot.

I agree with SirRoyal. My brother had that hunt 2 years ago and the Deer tag also that started the day after the cow hunt. Hunted the williams corner and saw some good bucks on the elk hunt and didnt see a cow till opening day of the deer hunt ! Lots of hunters. The roads are restricted travel and no one payed any attention to them. We packed in to a water hole at the end of a road that was closed. Had many hunters that ignored the road closures. I confronted one guy and he said that he didnt give a #@^% about the signs. My brother wishes now he would have spent The $60.00 for the Big Bo permit. Thats where I would go.

Thanks, I understand that aspect. I am also there every year and find sheds. Usually though, it gets hit hard right after the majority drop. Especially the big sage cuts where the locals hit heavy on quads. Guess I was asking if anyone has been there this year to see the activity.
