    French squirrel kicker

This squirrel is protected in our national park. Maybe Greyghost, if it was a nice bull elk or coues deer you wouldnt think it so funny. Guess people throwing cats in dumpsters makes you laugh also.

    Aug. Kaibab Buffalo Hunt

I believe that the heard is no longer down at the ranch. Hunting by the Park is your best bet. Might want to talk to Todd Buck at AZGFD. Good luck on your hunt.

    12a West October junior hunt

I think that every hunter on any given hunt should always have a lion tag.

    12a West October junior hunt

Gave some info last year to a guy for this hunt. There will be plenty of does around the Little Mountain range and Pine Hollow. Also below little Mountain lower where the 423 / 235 road meet. Thats where they harvested their doe. It is more open country than up high. Hope this helps.

    My 2013 Desert Buck

Great Buck ! Persistance payed off. Alot of hunters wouldnt have got out and tracked him down. Good job.

bull elk last season unit 10

Great Bull ! Most Elk Hunters throughout the west never even have the chance to harvest a 350 class Bull. Difference between a 350 and 400 bull can be only 3 inches per point with slightly larger mass. Good Job !

    #2 Record Book Elk

Was it also scored by B&C ? The father daughter experience is what scores the most !
  13. Duwane Adams probably has more knowledge of the Kaibab than anyone out there. We see him every year up there. He is a very nice guy.

    13A RIFLE TAG

Congrats on a great tag. All I will say is dont count out the north end of the unit. From what I have heard though the years from some great Mule Deer Gurus is some great deer are in that part of the unit. Remember one word..... WAG........ Water And Glass. Most Hunters that have hunted there dont have that chance to often. Most of the professional guide and outfitters that are in there with clients every year wont give you much free help. You cant blame them as this is their living. Clients come first. Enjoy the vastness of the strip and the experience of the hunt.
  15. No problem. So many are so secretive of their knowledge of units. Ya still have to find em !
  16. Note the time of day he was watering.
  17. Not my camera but a past friend of mine captured this great buck. It was harvested the next season. Scored in the 230 range.

    12A West, here we come!

If You go to the game and fish homepage and in the search box enter " Bonus point process" you will come to a page with "actual bonus point results" It will show you from each genus and each hunt how many tags were issued for each # of bunus points. The results from the Elk and Antelope 2014 are out. They came out in April. The Deer and sheep will be out in a few months. It is amazing that more late Kaibab tags are drawn with 0-5 bonus pts than 13 or 14 pts. It is very intresting. You can check every hunt # and it will break down the tags to individual bonus pts. It took me 17 pts to draw an early rifle bull tag and then I drew another one 2 years later with 4. Luck of the draw.
  19. Right on Stanley ! Im witch ya. When I say " Im Witch ya" I mean Im Witch ya.
  20. Any Kaibab tag is a great tag. If you hunt hard on the early ones you can harvest a great Buck. Gutpile, you have a great tag. Wish I had it other than the one I drew..... NONE
  21. Congrats. The deer are spread out throughout the whole plateau. Its hard to scout early. Bucks should still be in batchlor groups. I have seen years with early weather where the deer are already down to Sowats. Would be happy to show you some great spots on a map. Weather is a factor. Hard freezes up top will also start migration. Send me a PM if I can help. All depends on what kind of Buck you are looking for.
  22. Give me a call. would be glad to help. The Buck in my avatar is from that hunt. You read wrong about the migration from Utah, that is 12BW. Scouting early is not beneficial. Sent you a PM.

    Draw results

Got 2 12BW late tags, My Brother and my friend. Hope lightning strikes that fence in Utah, or they find the tunnels.

    JUST CALLED THERE UP!

For all those who drew absolutly NOTHING this year.................. we at least know when football starts! Members with 0 tags, the beers are on me ! Lets get together in the next few months. Post spots to meet. I will pick a place from suggestions.
