    Vortex Optics Truth

I wear glasses sometimes and haven’t noticed any issues

    Vortex Optics Truth

I have a viper pst on a rifle that tracks perfectly and has functioned perfectly through about 5 years of abuse. The glass is just ok, but on a scope, who cares unless you’re shooting FAR. I’m not saying they’re the best, they’re definitely not. But for what I paid (about $500), I haven’t come across anything better

DID I JUST POACH A BUCK THANKS TO GOHUNT?

Sounds to me like he’s exactly taking responsibility for his actions, and he’s getting destroyed for it

    Archery Kills rolling in already

His mistake was relying on gohunt, which he owned up to…. I think we all agree that he should’ve read the regs, including him.

    Archery Kills rolling in already

A lot of people on here who apparently have never made a big mistake. Ive certainly made bigger mistakes in life then accidentally shooting a buck out of season. Sounds like the guy has remorse and owned up to his mistake, and had the integrity to turn himself in when nobody was forcing him to. And I’d assume he won’t let it happen again.what more do you want from the guy? yes, big mistake. Yes, should NOT have happened. Yes, it’s his fault not gohunt. But it did happen and it sounds to me like he handled it the best way possible given the crappy position he put himself in. Heck, sounds like the kind of person we need more of in our society instead of all the entitled whiny people with an excuse for everything.

That velvet buck is awesome. I definitely couldn’t have passed. But I do wonder what it would’ve been….

Blackhorn 209 at hogdon now 8oz

That is ridiculous…. Not worth it I’ll just shoot 777 instead if prices don’t come down to something even halfway reasonable! Luckily, I bought a couple bottles about a year ago, should last me a while. I paid $50/10 oz and didn’t feel great about it haha
  14. Your New Mexico hunt will definitely be the most challenging, unless you know that unit, or hire a guide. I shot 2 one year and I felt like I hit the lottery…. 4 is awesome! that buck is an absolute stud by the way, love the angular tines

    Need 209 muzzleloader primers

In tucson? I can help ya
  16. I’m not sure why I’m arguing with you…. That paragraph above is true, AFTER the top 20% has been given the GUARANTEED tags in the bonus pass. THEN you get a number for each bonus point, which each give you an additional “lottery ticket” for a chance to get drawn in what is called the 1/2 pass ( first and second choice). If still unsuccessful, the same process is used for choices 3/4/5 ONLY IF there were any tags left after the bonus pass and 1/2 pass. just stop arguing, we are trying to teach you how the draw works
  17. No fair. system must be changed now.
  18. I’m sorry man, but you’re not understanding how the bonus pass works
  19. It’s pretty shocking to me how few people truly understand the az draw system, and funny how many think they do but really dont
  20. The 20% of people who have waited the longest (and have the most points) go into the bonus point pass. Unless there are too many people in the lowest point level of the bonus pass, you get a guaranteed tag. How is that not what you’re talking about? unless you’re saying that someone with less bonus points can never draw a tag before someone with more points? That’s a terrible idea, unless you really only want those few prime tags in a lifetime. Drawing tags would be a nightmare. People would stop putting in for those prime tags that they know they have zero chance at, and all but the worst tags would take a ton of points to draw anyway. I think it’d backfire big time, and it wouldn’t result in more prime tags over time like you think it would, it’d just get rid of any hope to draw in the meantime. and this is coming from one of the unluckiest Arizona big game lottery contestants in the pool…
  21. Dude no… I think you should probably research how the draw works again in regards to who/how the bonus pass works , and how the 10% non res part works. 10% do not automatically go to non res, it’s a cap not an allocation . And the bonus pass is exactly people who have most points getting tags

    Quail 2022

Both. Seeing a whole bunch in the neighborhood, and also seem to be everywhere out in the desert areas I’ve been in. I understand the rain patterns should indicate a pretty down year, but I’ve been seeing a lot this year for whatever reason
