Or.. wait for the new Ford Bronco to come out in the next year or two... what a beauty. http://www.roadandtrack.com/new-cars/future-cars/a31079/new-ford-bronco-ranger-details/

We have two or three float switches in the tank. Well guy tested them out- I'm pretty sure. I wouldn't know exactly where to start with them.

It has weird symptoms. If I shut it off, and then on, (fuse box) it'll run for 30 seconds. Shut off is crisp. If I leave it off for 4 hours, it'll run for 2 and a half minutes. It'll never run to where it needs to - to fill the tank. Capacitor is shot- so he used a known good control box. Same result.. I think we have to pull it at this point.

That makes sense. Thanks! Yeah.. replacing this weekend. I'm hoping that's all it is.

I have 3 bales of hay behind mine- and the bottom stack is only 3/4 long as the ones on top. The rabbits are pretty plentiful around New River! That pic looks just like my backyard..

It's a good truck. Why the switch up? I'll tell you the FJ is alot better at 4x4.

The wife wants to try her hand at Elk. She has 4 points going into 2017. Whats the best chance at a bull? I imagine I shouldn't be on the app, I only have 1 point. Or would it matter that much?

Tips for calling 911 with a cell phone - A peek under the hood
Jazz replied to Jelf's topic in The Campfire
Great topic. Thanks for the hints. Can 911 get texts anywhere? Or only in certain cities? -
There's always next year bud! I'm going to be much better prepared for the next one.

That, and starting this year they are no longer calling applicants about bad credit card information. If it's not current, game over.

The first elk hunt of my life didn't go as planned. Suffering catastrophic damage to my truck (freeze plugs popped overnight) and having to be towed to flag to get fixed up (7 day auto for the win- thanks Hoss for the reccomendation) I had about 2 and a half days to hike around. Saw Some great sign- hiked places people would just shake their head at, and not even a glimpse. My wife has 4 points- I think we're planning round 2 next year.

That is SO awesome.

Killer deal!

I'm going back to 7E on the 23rd to try to pinpoint the cows.. and heading up 2-3 days early before the hunt to finalize the scouting and setup a good camp spot. I've been wondering if I'm going to need a cow call. Any luck with that in Dec? My strategy at this point is to determine how much snow is on the ground, and then find a high spot accordingly and glass as much as possible. I'm hearing that sometimes it's a good option as a locator. Being this is my first elk hunt, I haven't a clue.

I drove all over 7e yesterday. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and was in heaven just looking. With the snow today- we'll see how it looks when I head up wed.

I might bring some. I may leave the diesel at home and use the yukon- it's alot better with 4wd. That beast just sinks.

Sent in the ballet about 10 days ago. Praying for the senate too!

Im fairly sure I saw this truck on the 101 towards the I-17 on Halloween night. If that's the one- it drowned out my 6.0 Powerstroke. Easily.

Screw this. I might never step foot in the hills again if this happened to me. Freaks me out just reading something like this. ^^^^^^^ This.

That looks a lot like a spot by Swale Tank in 18B..

I'm thinking it's a Kingsnake of sorts. (Im hoping) I figured it was part of the New River welcome committee. Was right outside the laundryroom.
-
Then they are sooooo welcome on the property! Hopefully he can nail the rats too.

I totally am. I'll let you know how my trip goes early Nov.
