I hated all of this and that's why I started my own company! I work more but make lot more, any vacation time is paided!! . I have my guys working 4- 10 hour days. If we got to work more it's lot better coming in on a Friday to do over time then a Saturday. But if I really need them to do more which is rare I demand it and expect it. They all know this before hand and that really my Big Point. It doesn't matter what others think or feel but if an employer and employee negotiating and agreed on a price that's their business. I expect a lot out of my guys and when they perform i bonus. But on this situation I wouldn't feel good telling somebody that they will be on salary and consciously knowing that I am going to up their work schedule so I can make more money. That's just me. Treat your guys right I they better treat me right. Because I'm not going to treat you right and pay you at the same time when you can't do your job! Good luck and the job quest!

I saw last year on here some of you guys got 2 tags. Plus on the regs you can bag 2 piggys. But it says you can't put in the draw twice. Is it only left over tags you can pick up another tag as long it's not in the same unit??

I have the bipod on my rifle that only extends up to 14 inches. I was going to shot my mule at 300 yards went to prone and grass was to high. But I always have my vortex tripod for my binos just took them off and shot off that. Did the same thing for my antelope hunt.

Ya, even on the early November hunt last year it was HOT. Not last year! Remember in October we had a warm front. Everyone was in high 90s low 100s. Then 2 weeks later a cold front came in and it was mid 70s and 40s at night.

I was going to buy a vortex scope for my 300 WinMag and I'm looking at the viper pst 6-24x50. But there is also a viper pst 6-24x50 FFP. The first one is over 700 and the second one is over 900. I can't find out what is the FFP and why does it cost more?

I will have MOA. I'm going to zero it in at 300 yards and I plan on using turrets after 350 yards. So all I need is the SFP correct. I guess I never really looked into this or new about this.

I'm very curious too! I was thinking of getting a tikka because I love the action on it. Order a 26" barrel and rechamber it to a 6.5 creedmoor. One I never custom made any gun ever and don't know the exact procedures what to do, second I haven't seen or read anything about somebody doing something like that with the Tikka.

I'm sure returning back to camp and going to bed together is lot more enjoyable than a loud, burley,snoring man hunting partner!
